I really liked
this week about establishing a balance between family and work. It is not easy
to achieve, but it is worth the effort that each person can do.
Like Haykin, many
of us struggle every day to keep our family life balanced with work. Both are
important, but the family determines the happiness and motivation to move
forward despite how difficult it is to live in a world that says work is above
the family relationship.
Another important
point that I liked this week was that when a person gives work to several
people, in some way one feels responsible for each one of them, always worrying
about not making decisions that affect them and diminishing their confidence
and desire of to get better.
Risks are
necessary in the development of a business or company, the most important thing
is to learn to take controlled risks, not to compromise the total assets that
we have, but always maintaining a benefit that allows us to have something
always where to start again when Sometimes things do not happen as planned.
In
conclusion I can say that family should always be our priority, since the
purpose of our time here in life is to be happy. Balancing both is a great responsibility
that can define many things.
